I am a frequent Zara shopper and I’ve been to all of the Zara’s in the city but 222 is my favorite because of the pride they take in exceptional customer service.Two of the employees I’ve been noticing for a while that have consistently surprised me with their patience and care for customers are Arielle who is a sales associate, and who I believe is a supervisor or manager Michael.Michael always have a friendly greeting and a smile and Arielle I can tell cares about her job and is super professional.I notice this while waiting online or with my own interaction with them.I care about this because i spend a lot of time at Zara during the sale season and they never show frustration or annoyance, because as Zara shoppers we know that this is there most hectic time of year.Thank you,Thank you, thank you.your kindness and hard work has not gone unnoticed 🥰

Restocked my item within a week of arrival and didn't even bother with a notification. Still showed available for pickup online. Trekked all the way to the store with my two kids to find no order. My kid really loved the item now it's out of stock. No help from customer service.

I am writing to express my disappointment with the customer service I received at the Zara downtown Broadway location on January 19th and to formally address concerns regarding their exchange policy and the behavior of their store manager, Mr. Hernandez.

Two weeks ago, I purchased a dress from Zara. When I recently returned to the store to exchange it for the same dress in a smaller size, I was refused assistance because I had misplaced my receipt. I explained that I could provide proof of purchase by having the transaction looked up on my American Express card, but Mr. Hernandez informed me that Zara’s policy prohibits exchanges without a receipt.

Furthermore, Mr. Hernandez advised me to go online to request a copy of my receipt, which would take 48 hours to receive. This suggestion was not a reasonable solution for such a simple request, especially as I was not seeking a refund or store credit—only an even exchange for the same item in a different size.

In addition to the inflexible policy, I was shocked by Mr. Hernandez’s tone and conduct. He spoke so loudly during our conversation that other customers could hear every word. When I asked him to lower his tone, he ignored my request and continued in the same manner. This unprofessional behavior added unnecessary frustration to an already disappointing experience.

As a loyal Zara customer, I have never experienced this from anyone else before. I didn’t experience the standard level of service that other locations provided. I expect better service and a more customer-friendly approach to handling exchanges. While I understand store policies, this one is not designed to accommodate reasonable requests like mine, rather than making the process overly rigid and inconvenient.

I respectfully request that Zara reviews this exchange policy and provides proper training to staff, particularly store managers, to ensure they handle customer concerns with professionalism and empathy.

Wanted to get something in a different size, and was told to wait at a collection point. I waited 15 minutes and asked how long it normally takes, and they said around 5-10minutes but could take longer. I went back and waited by the collection point, and after 30minutes, asked again. Whoever was supposed to find the item couldn't find it and it had been rejected in the system, but nobody told me. There was somebody else waiting too.

Another Zara, this store has everything a regular Zara store has, it is clean and has nice plants in it, the selection is good. Usually has a line at the register, never seen it empty. Nothing unusual, prices are moderate, goods look like they are a copy of well-known brands but cost a fraction.

I went to Zara to pickup an online order. First time at this location, so I didn't know where to go and there wasn't any signage leading me to online pickups. Nor was there any signage at the online pickup.

I got downstairs, there were about 10-15 dour people standing around. Long story short, I got my package after 30-45 minutes. Zara's online pickup system is horrid, just pay for shipping!
