Shawn is a miracle worker!!! He took my vision for my business, branded, and totally re-vamped my website with a new, fresh look. Shawn is very talented, caring, and LISTENS to what my vision is and puts it into reality. Not only did he design my website, but he designed my banners for trade shows, my cards, etc. In essence, what Zipline did for me was put my vision into reality. I worked directly with Ryan Stemkoski to build a Shopify website. He was professional from start to finish. Our team was new to Shopify, but decided that this was the right platform to build on. Ryan was patient with us all the way through and helped explain what we could and could not do. He understood our budget needs and gave us options. He was very responsive and never made me feel that I was asking too many questions. We had some unique situations for our b2b ecommerce site and he helped think through these and had solutions to every question. He was the perfect partner to work with to get our company off the ground. Even after the site was developed and we paid for the development, he didn't disappear, but was available for follow up questions as we tried to fine tune everything. We enjoyed working with Ryan and highly recommend him to anyone who is looking to launch a new website and new business.

Zipline tirelessly solves website issues for our company and events. We used to use an online hosting company, but after being hacked and having wordpress problems we moved everything over to Zipline. They are responsive when we have issues with the site, they are generous with their time and, though we pay more than when we were hosting things through other sites, our website is faster and way more reliable. Well worth the investment.

I was unable to use my desktop icons to access websites. After Ryan learned the nature of my issue, he referred me to Ben, who was able to access my computer (with my permission) to completely fix the problem.
I would highly recommend this company to utilize any services they provide. Both were patient and knowledgeable.
