As the other reviews will tell you, this lot largely operates by the attendants pointing you to the huge QR code at the gate to scan and pay online. It was really late, so the attendant wasn't busy, so I had a relatively lengthy (3 minute maybe) discussion about how it worked because I was confused because I couldn't see any scanner to scan yourself into the lot after having paid online. Well, he explained, you can always get in because the entrance gate just always goes up regardless. What verifies that you paid for parking is that online you enter your license plate number, so if they check your license plate number on the lot and it's not paid for you get towed. This seemed like what I wanted, so I bought 3 days of parking because I was staying for the weekend. First day went great. I left sometimes to go get food, came back and drove right in because the gate opens right up. Sometimes there was an attendant in the booth, sometimes there wasn't, but didn't matter, because system seemed as expected, automated so since I paid online I just go in. Second day, on the way out the guy actually wants to see my receipt. I show it to him, he lets me out. On the way back in 3 hours later, as usual, I drive up, the gate opens up, and I drive in. I get about 30 feet and I hear the attendant yelling at me from behind. He's really pissed that I drove right in. I'd been doing that for quite a while now already and nobody has cared. Even if I didn't have that previous experience, what am I supposed to think when the gate opens right up? If you don't want me to drive in maybe keep the gate from going up when I approach? He starts yelling at me (and then later telling me to keep my voice down) about that and about how you have to pay first. It's like the whole payment scheme I'd been operating under the first day was foreign to him. I show him the receipt (from the online website from the posted QR code) and how I'm paid for like another 2 days and he says that I cannot just leave and come back. Well, if not, why would I pay for 3 days in the middle of the city That's not what the first attendant explained to me. He called the PMI regional manager or something and the regional manager confirmed that you cannot do in-n-out and that was the attendants mic drop. Nobody cared at all that it was Saturday and I was paid until Monday midnight.

The summary is, some of these guys have no integrity. Even if you get a nice and courteous attendant at first, it's not going to be that same attendant the whole time, and later, when you go to do something else, another attendant is not going to honor what the first attendant said. They are not going to honor how long you've paid for the parking either, or any sort of dealings you may have done online. On the way out, someone might just be like "I'm not gonna open the gate to let you out until you pay this much" which sounds like is what some of the other reviewers have experienced.

It is a BIG GAMBLE to park here.

While expensive, I was glad to find this rather convenient open air lot when our hotel garage had a clearance of 6’6”. My van is 8’6”, and I stumbled a bit until I found this lot. Kudos to the staff there- I was politely asked to move to a different spot by the attendant as he couldn’t see the vehicles behind me. I really liked that they are keeping an eye out. The spot he moved me to was in a great position to keep tabs on my rig as well. Checking out, the fellow in the booth was more than pleasant.

So we were out here for Police Week 2024. We parked here last year with no issue at $70 a night for an oversized vehicle. This year the guy at the booth said he was going to charge us $864. Even though the sign posted says $70 a night for oversized. Highway robbery, don't recommend this parking location.

BEWARE!! They do not have cameras and will NOT help you in the case of an incident. I reached out after my car might have been damaged while parked in their lot, and got this absolutely uncaring response. Sometimes it pays not to cheap out on a parking space.

The guy at the booth is beyond unhelpful. Literally let us sit there and eventual told us to scan a raggedy sign that was right next to my door. “You can finish up inside” finish up with what? “Pull up your camera”. Next person did the same thing. Not one point of eye contact, just attitude. Doing god knows what with papers.

Very convenient to the Convention Center. Only complaint is while event parking is $25... This is for up to 12hrs... Anything over 12hrs they tack another $10 bucks onto the fee! This bit of info is not posted.... Otherwise it's handy and you can drop things off at your vehicle easily as needed since the lot is right next to the sidewalk!

Sign says $25 to park but they refused to honor that price and insisted I owed $35. One block down the road $14.

Convenient location but greed takes over with prices ranging from 20-30 on any given day. Stop raising prices you get great turnover from daily customers no need for greed
