I have had an excellent experience working with Jack and his team at Tenaya360. I brought Jack on board because I was developing a new business and needed an additional website and I was having some challenges with my previous web host, who was changing direction. So my current site was not getting the attention I wanted. Jack understood the vision for both my sites, transitioned the old one to a new host, fixed all the errors, monitors it regularly and keeps it running smoothly. If I have changes they are made promptly.
He created the new site based on what I requested in a timely and affordable manner and has since done some changes and updates. All to my satisfaction.

If I want to make any changes his team responds promptly and keeps me informed. I appreciate his business model as I'm not bombarded with invoices. Although I am a small business, my needs are a priority for the team, not something that always happens for small entrepreneurs.
