After I called, Lois and Desmond showed up within the half-hour. They looked at all of the pipes in my kitchen and fixed or replaced the ones that were broken. They were the epitome of professionalism, courtesy, and good nature. The tub itself was fine; it was the old, corroded drain stopper that was preventing the water from draining. The blockage was immediately cleared after Lois removed it. I've used another plumbing company before, and while they were good, these guys are even better than the one I used for my last property.
