Just came home from Publix Lake Mary and I have to say they have gotten much better with staffing. Some of the extremely efficient and friendly check out clerks are: Joe, Victoria, Riley, Bobbi and Marie

And everyone in the Pharmacy are extremely helpful and friendly for example Luka will have my prescriptions ready before I even get to the counter.

All in all this store has in my opinion made huge strides in hiring extraordinary people.

Everyone who works in this store is extraordinarily nice. Even though I have moved far away from the location I continue to return there because of what fantastic service I always get. The manager never fails to say hello to me and ask me how I'm doing. Everyone at the pharmacy is so loving and they work so hard. That store is like going to visit family to me. It's a wonderful place and will always be my choice of where to go when I have to go to a Publix.

Morgan in pharmacy cares more about scrolling through her phone than service. I was told to wait a minute as she continued to sit and blatantly scroll through her phone. She gets up when done and gives me my wife’s prescription. I was told good day as she walked back to her chair and phone. No info about the meds or anything. It was like a 6pc chicken nugget kids meal was handed out of the McDonald’s window. The new generation is scary. I expected more from Publix!!! Attn Manager. Happened around 8pm tonight if you would like to look at surveillance.

I have a medical condition and I have a service animal in the past. I have been treated unfairly and very rudely I was traveling and even though not that far from home, I was still away from home and had to go into the store to get some items, I was approached by a manager, and this was a service dog, and I quickly offered my resource information card, which they did not want to take, but I understand, however, they did not make me feel embarrassed or ashamed or intimidated when approached. They just asked the simple question and let me go on to do my shopping and assisted me with my items. This is why I choose to go to Publix especially when I’m traveling because it doesn’t matter what Publix you go to You get quality customer service and you get treated with respect. I appreciate Publix for making me feel somewhat normal.!

The Quick Bites chicken tender deal is 3 tenders and like 7 potatoe wedges. We aren't stupid. Why do you think it's ok to short people a chicken tender? What kind of a meal is two tenders?

Service was great. I usually don't like to leave a negative review but this time we were so hungry and decided to buy chicken potato wages and onion rings and the chicken was warm, the potatoes and onion rings were old and cold. ?‍♀️
