Matthew and Tara are truly some of the best people we've met through the process of buying and selling our home. Matthew has an incredible gift for listening and understanding, and Tara's gift is in her sense of style, design, and vision. We were casually looking at some open houses when we first met Matthew. It wasn't long before we could feel his sincerity and dedication, and that quickly turned into viewing countless homes for months (always with a smile and sense of excitement on his part too!) We're incredibly grateful for the amount of hand holding he did while finding the right home, and also for his resourcefulness during our renovation before moving in. Just closed on the purchase of a house. Today’s market is much different than our last purchase many years ago--limited inventory, multiple offers, stringent lending and insurance requirements, and inspection/construction/code compliance issues. Steve, Ceci, and Lisa were extremely helpful, patient, and persistent in helping us find the right property, implementing a strategy to “win” among multiple offers, satisfying lender and insurance requirements, and negotiating the delicate process of working with the sellers through various construction and code compliance issues. Overwhelming? For us, sure. But for Steve, Ceci, and Lisa—just another day at the office! Experience matters. So too does working with such caring and compassionate people of upstanding character.
