Worst place to work at. If you miss because of a family emergency and you have a note to prove it, it won't be excused unless it's been 3 days or more!
Like if I can return before 3 days why wouldn't I...? I might be excused and get no attendance points but I don't get paid!! Obviously it's done on purpose to not pay you those days!!!

Be prepared to be talked to like a dog when being trained . Everyone is snotty and has attitudes , the people who train you are disrespectful, & judging I have a lot of warehouse experience & would’ve made it far but being told” if you can’t figure this out this job isn’t for you ” 30 mins in learning something made me very uncomfortable, I wasn’t be taught like other where just kept being told smart remarks & given dirty looks and shoulder shrugs( the people around me noticed & where helping me on the side ) not very welcoming, a quick job to get but not something mentally or physically to deal with just keep looking .

The massive amount of 1 star reviews is actually hilarious. I was considering applying through this agency as i wish to work at Ross again but now i’m not so sure it’s a good idea to do so. May be a waste of time seeing how everyone complains that HR and the agency’s staff are incompetent and shamelessly sinful.

left my check at DMSI for a couple months could not pick it up due to new job hours called on a Friday they said it was there a week later went to pick it up and was told it was picked up and cashed ,the agency staff showed me the signature on the check
that was cashed with a signature that was not mine. An id is needed to pick up a check, so was it really someone picked it up?or did someone from the office steal my check? I have not gotten any call backs like they said I would, be careful working for this agency. I was told they would reach out to corporate and I would hear from them but I get the run around each time I call or transferred to an extension that never picks up. very unprofessional and thiefs.

Worst place to get hired if you have a family!! (KEEP IN MIND MY HUSBAND WORKED HERE FOR 5+months )they tell you there’s no work that they will call you back in 3 to 5 days. What are you supposed to do for money? How can someone just get hired for another job so quickly THERE SHOULD BE A WEEK NOTICE IN ADVANCE ! How can you just tell someone sorry there is no more work. We will call you back some of the things that they do I believe are illegal. Won’t offer you unemployment once they tell you there is no more work for you, And just expect you to go pick money off of trees. i’m sure their supervisors and managers sleep well at night. Meanwhile the workers who worked so hard have to struggle to figure out how to find another job.! What is wrong with companies!

Very unprofessional! [Alejandra] to be exact, she was no help at all I applied for ross distribution center during interview with Alejandra she didn't ask for my experience or anything she just input my information and said they will give me a call, 5 days passed only for me to call them to find out they were moving forward with other candidates. Very unprofessional no communication what so ever . If you don't like to do your job and help others you should find another profession. Stop wasting people's time 😒

They told me they were gonna call me in 3-5 days and it’s been 2 months they constantly don’t pick up the phone as if no one’s looking for work and horrible on communication if my life was depending on getting a fast job this would not be the route!
