I consider how a company handles an uncomfortable situation really important. I hired Yesco to take of a business sign that was flashing every once in a while which from experience led me to believe that the ballast was going bad. They gave me a "not to exceed" amount of $600. I typically do not like to sign "not to exceeds" because from my experience it gives the company free reign to choose any price right below the maximum.

Company came out, technician was on site for about 30 minutes and the company charged me for 2 1/2 hours for labor. So a job which I thought would be around $300-$400 came in at $575. I complained to the rep that the 2 1/2 hours was excessive even with some travel time. He only gave me a 30 minute credit which I thought was really unfair.

The general manager called me the next day to tell me that I was correct and they wanted to make me happy. They credited me 1 1/2 hours of labor and took away a mileage charge as well. As I said in the beginning of my message. They took a uncomfortable situation and transformed it to a good one, which to me is a sign of a good company that looks out for it's reputation.

I'm giving a 4 star review only because I wish they would have just charged me the appropriate amount of labor initially, but I certainly appreciate the general manager making this whole thing right.

Yesco has impeccable service and has outdone themselves with the projects that i gave them this past year, and they got them done in a short span of time and Deo Azurin has been the best at responding to all of my needs for Exterior Signs and for existing signs that need to be refurbished. i would highly recommend them and i would be using them this year for all of my projects.
