We found Rubi and her mom through social media and reached out regarding help with looking for horse property. It’s very hard to find horse property when you live in a city far from ranch style homes. Realtors near me did not seem to know much about them and would still refer us out to others for help. So when we contacted Medel realty team they were spot on with getting us all the info we needed for home location, type and style as well as any info regarding loan amount and types. Everything was handed to us in a timely manner and they were very easy to work with. We were told finding a home would be one of the most difficult and long processes we would go through because that’s how most realtors create the environment for their clients but on the contrary these ladies made this experience easy and fast. They moved very quickly and got right down to business within the first week of us reaching out. They were constantly in communication with other parties to get the process moving and be up to date with any new information regarding our specific property.
