We Use to Jeff for our hotel signage and was great. We hired him to restore our neon sign. We agreed on a price and paid a 8k deposit. A month later he made a bs claim saying his account was hacked and all the money was gone. Now 3 years later, we are still waiting for our money back. He gives a pity story every time and claims he's a good man. I have recommend he pay a small amount each month but always says he will figure it out in 3 weeks, i also gave him an option to work down the amount owed and fix another sign. He dodged that option as well. DO NOT HIRE for any big projects.

FYI, his contractor license is not active and is doing work without it.

Taking him to small claims to recover funds.
