I had the BEST experience with Your Home Assistant. I was hesitant at first, having a stranger in your house and feeling like I have to chitchat, but it wasn’t like that at all! Alicia and Brittnay were as quiet as mice. I left some recipes for them to make and they made them and cleaned all the cookware! It was so nice to have food ready for me to heat up while I’m recovering from surgery. It’s a true blessing. Alicia also made sure my cat was fed. I cannot believe how smooth things went and I will be using them again for my surgery in July.

Alex has been an absolute lifesaver for us. She is literally one of only a few people my dad Bob and his wife Carol will trust to come into their home. She’s an incredibly hard worker and can do so many things well - cool, tidy, do laundry and keep track of their appointments and medications. She is communicative and always goes the extra mile. I’m so glad I recommended them for a relative of mine that needed help around the house as well as transportation to and from doctors appointments. We have been with Your Home Assistant since June 2023, it has not been a long time, but the staff has definitely left a mark on our family. I have been with other agencies in the past, and Your Home Assistant is by far the best we have worked with.

I was in desperate need of a pick up after a surgery as I have no close friends or family in the area to turn to. Thankfully I came across Your home assistant website and I must say they were a life saver. I initially spoke to Cynthia who walked me through their policies and made sure to answer all my questions. I was then contacted by Rebecca who coordinated the entire process. She would pretty much respond instantly every time I needed to contact her. The girl who picked me up- Jackie, was beyond sweet and caring. She stayed with me for a bit after taking me home with no issues. Thank you ladies for making quite a stressful event in my life such a breeze and for taking a huge burden of my shoulders🙏🏻🙏🏻🙏🏻 Would absolutely use your services again in time of need and highly recommended to anyone needing help.
