HORRIBLE, HORRIBLE, HORRIBLE! If I could, I'd give them zero stars. They do not maintain the property, I've waited 2.5 months for them to fix something and finally just called the owner. Kent Goodrich is a slum-lord, do not rent from him! I will move as soon as I can afford to.
