What a delightful new favorite restaurant spot! Everything was perfect--the food, the service, the atmosphere. Absolutely enchanting! I ordered the clam chowder (my new favorite soup); the truffle, honey, mushroom, and brie cheese flatbread (amazing), and the star of the show for me was the goat cheese tortellinis. That was one of the best dishes I have ever enjoyed hands down. The flavors were so complex and my mouth is drooling right now as I am thinking about it. The cook(s) know(s) what they are doing in the back and it shows!! This was truly a 5 star experience. I will absolutely be back many more times. Thank you SO much! I am so honored to have tasted your food. <3

Went for Sunday brunch. 1st time going and loved the unique vibe. Service was a bit slow but friendly. Started with the Mind Control which was super tasty and finished with the classic breakfast. It was just ok. My GF got the Benedict and really enjoyed it. Would come again to try dinner.

The wonderful staff here went above and beyond to make sure our proposal went off beautifully. The service, the food, the vibe was incredible and they really put their heart and soul into making it an unbelievable experience. I'm so grateful for all the effort they put into our special night, truly a diamond in the rough here in Lancaster. I can't wait to be back.

Thank you to all the staff, especially Amelia, for a lovely night.

Harmony was our server and they were very nice and attentive. To be honest we had other dinner plans so we just stopped in for drinks and apps. The Meze plate was amazing with warm toasted pita and delicious hummus, tzatziki and veggies. I also had two drinks: amethyst and new moon and both were delicious. We will definitely be back to try more food and drinks!

My mom has been hyping this place up since she visited for her anniversary a few months ago. She and my dad loved the lamb chops and said the "drinks are amazing." With that being said, I couldn't wait to visit one day. So, when my birthday came around, she wanted to take me here for my birthday dinner. I wanted KBBQ, but chose this instead because I didn’t want to upset my mom. I wish I had chosen KBBQ instead. 🥲

The food:
I can't recall the names of the dishes we ordered, but I remember that neither my mom nor I cared for them, which sucks because I had such high hopes. My dish was basically pan-seared white fish over rice and veggies. My mom's dish was some kind of chicken over veggies and grains. The presentation of the food was 💯, but the taste is where it lacked (NO FLAVOR PROFILE) for both dishes. I did let the staff know in a polite way that I didn’t care for the dish and ordered something different (still flavorless). The only reason I'm giving the food 3/5 is that the bruschetta bread was so fresh and amazing 😋. It came topped with Romaine, tomatoes, balsamic, and maybe a topping or two more but still overall it was 10/10.

The drinks (potions):
Are 1000/10, so good I would go back just for the bruschetta and drinks. Again, I can’t remember the names of the drinks. I had three different ones, all 10s. And yes, they do get you tipsy off the first drink 😂. Highly recommend for happy hour or a pick-me-up.

Overall, I would go back only for drinks and appetizers. 😋

At an establishment that charges $80 a steak, it seems ridiclous to charge for horseradish. And they charge you for bread here as well. It's those little things that make an impression, and our impression wasn't a great one. We had a party of 8. Meals came out 1 at a time for a period of a half hour. So we were sitting with an expensive steak in front of us while no one else even has their food - including the birthday individual. If you are spending over $800 at a restaurant - you expect the server to at least know who ordered what. Auctioning off the drinks and food by saying "who ordered this" seems ridiculous. Not a fine dining experience. Wouldn't recommend.

I’m a frequent patron of Raven’s Nest but I felt compelled to finally write a review tonight after witnessing atrocious behavior from a customer who refused to leave and then went home and wrote an unfair review. Raven’s Nest offers a uniquely upscale and elegant atmosphere while still providing a warm and welcoming vibe. It is family owned and operated which is evident in the love and thoughtfulness that goes into the food as well as the attentiveness of the staff. The menu is creative and daring for an area where most people consider chain restaurants fine dining. I can always find a delicious vegetarian option, and my bf, who considers himself a ceviche connoisseur, says theirs is the absolute best. No one we’ve dined with has ever had a dish that wasn’t excellent! Please note the negative review likely below this one was written by someone who arrived drunk and had to pick his wife up from the floor on the way out. If you want the same steak and potato you’ve had your entire life, go to a different restaurant. If you want to try something new and inspired, in a restaurant with great ambience, come to the Raven’s Nest.
