We had such a great experience with Leticia! She went above and beyond for us and we couldn't be happier! She was so responsive to our phone calls and questions, it was such a pleasure to deal with an agent that gave us that one on one time! We were treated with the utmost respect and vice versa! In 2008 I bought a home with Linda Patterson, and will never forget how she disappeared a few days before escrow closed, I called the office and they told me she had left town and went to Hawaii, she did not even leave an assistant to help me or anything, I had to take off work go to the office to get my keys and no one was aware of the sale transaction, trash was left in the backyard of the home, I had to clean up and I was devastated my first home, the worse part of it all was, I made a mistake and entered into the transaction without a Realtor, so she was paid from both ends Seller, and Buyer, just thought I would write this review because she did me a favor and other bad real estate agents I had ran into, I have decided to be one myself so this will never happen again I can actually help someone fulfill their dream of becoming a home owner without the drama and help first time buyers. I really hope things have gotten better at this office.

I finally decided it was time to ditch renting and buy my first house. Nikolle Gonzales and Stacey Morgan helped me find the perfect home in the AV, and worked tirelessly to make sure the whole transaction went smoothly. I highly recommend them. I always felt they had my best interest at heart, and made the whole process a lot less scary.

Daniel was one of 3 agents interviewed to sell my property. The property had to sell fast as I had purchased another home. All three agents were prepared and had their real estate packets and so on. Daniel was all facts and numbers regarding other properties in the area and did a fine job of explaining the market at that point in time and my area. He stated that if his recommendations were followed, the property would sell in two weeks. I trusted he knew his business and his numbers were on par with the research I had done. Needless to say, the property had an offer two days after going on the market and another offer on the 3rd day. Both offers were slightly more than the listed price. Escrow was listed for 30 days and went a few days over because of issues at the buyers end. Daniel followed up at every point and got the escrow closed. He handled all communications with the buyers; kept me informed at every turn; and was an excellent counsel to me, the seller. If you want your property to sell quickly and are willing to listen to sound counsel, you cannot go wrong with Daniel Sanchez on your team.

I was utterly disappointed with the lack of professionalism from Charla Gonzalez. Because of her inability to handle an issue with a home she was the listing agent on, my family was unable to reside in our home for 3 weeks. Will never do business with her again.
