I had a disappointing experience with this company. Despite addressing concerns multiple times, there was little improvement in performance and communication. My assistant took a day off without prior approval, which disrupted my workflow. After several attempts to make it work, I ultimately had to end the contract. I hope they improve their communication and accountability in the future.
