Made a large order for two of my flower shops. Multiple items were damaged during shipping and others were poor quality upon receiving the items. Took forever to get a response via email, phone, and text. Not willing to issue a refund, only offered to give a store credit for damaged items. I personally returned all items to their store in Aniston, AL, and they still refused a refund. Very difficult to work with, loss revenue for my business, not customer oriented or willing to fix issues. Do not recommend.

We had the pleasure of purchasing an amazing cross door hanger from this wonderful couple at the Craftsman’s classic in Greensboro NC. When we got home we realized we really wanted a nutcracker they had, we texted and they were very accommodating. We look forward to purchasing from them again if I could give them a higher then 5 star rating I would.

While at recent festival in Stone Mountain . I took my sign to be personalized . No prices anywhere listed btw. I asked if I could immediately Rdje the sign or would need to wait . The lady told me I could take . She stepped away the older man who handled transaction was borderline rude , asked me 4 times why type of bow , and I Did end up having to walk entire length of festival to come back . Only reason I gave 3 stars is the sign I chose IS beautiful only complaint is Custer service or lack there of , especially with female clients/ patrons spending 50$ a pop

My mom, sister, & I were all about to purchase a sign from them at Christmas Village(3 signs total). While we were deciding our choices, the man in charge angrily told us our toddler stollers were blocking a busy door beside us & then also said we were blocking his signs & we should move(We were on the side to avoid the people traffic. It was very crowded.) I have been in retail for 15 years & know how it feels like to have mean customers. I have never thought to witness the seller being mean before.(I can never escape the mean people) I pray their customer service improves. They lost 3 sales.

Well, just wanted to say, your advertising style is quite a putoff.  While driving the I-40 route between Little Rock and Memphis (February13th),  your large white truck with your advertising on the rear of your big white trailer decides to flash me to move while I was passing a semi truck and trailer.  I was already exceeding the speed limit in order to pass and there's only two lanes and the semi was accelerating as well, so where was I to go?  I travel this route regularly and it is a "major" truck route, with many trucks side by side, so patience is a must.  I've always considered myself a courteous driver, and at the age of 62, I  have seen the most scrupulous people in my time.  The highway belongs to all that drive it; not just those that think they can bully their way through.  This is not Europe and the autobahn.  We don't flash people over here and we have speed limits on the open highways.  This highway is always crowded and your business seems to think they have the priority to move people from their way.  Sorry. It doesn't work that way. Try being a little courteous; especially if your business is plastered on your big white trailer. I saw your business is in Alabama,  and as a fellow Alabamian, I wouldn't suggest anyone purchase your products just based on your inability to show some courteous attitude with the people around them.  I would suggest that whoever was driving your advertisement around would learn some patience and check their attitude on "our" highways. At this point, I wouldn't buy a pretty button from these people.

Bought 2 signs in beginning of august. Didnt realize until I got home that 1 must have stuck to another one while wet with paint. Tried contacting right away. Hard to reach them. Once I finally made contact through Etsy, not the phone number listed on their website, they gave me the run around. Excuse after excuse. All I wanted was a burlap bow that they offer for an additional fee to cover the defect. They told me they would send me a bow, after several requests, they never did. Will never shop here again.

So help me, gonna come back here and leave a 1 if your driver blocks a public interstate fast lane for 10 miles in front of me, ever again. Please educate them on proper hammer lane etiquette.
