Paul and iTechCare 24/7 is a must for ALL! Paul has been my home computer guy for over 15 years. Starting out with making home visits to now diligently working from behind the scenes by monitoring and remotely updating my computer making sure it is fully protected from viruses and whatever else lurks out there in the deep dark computer world. If something does go amiss, Paul is quick to respond and helps me resolve my computer issue. If you don't have something like this in place, I highly recommend that you call Paul. I am the owner of a small medical practice and prior to iTechCare247, I was with a phone company who sold me their back up cloud system. I thought things were safe and I was saving money, but we continued to have issues. Frustrated once I purchased it, they were not available which cost me money and time, taking me away from treating my patients.

One day we couldn’t find a copy of an old file so asked them for a copy of the backed-up chart. They couldn’t retrieve it so we knew that possibly lots of files were not actually backed up.

I have to be able to prove that my patient’s information is safe and following HIPPA regulations.
