As a representative of Melaninicals Clinical Skincare, we sought the expertise of Lab 916 to enhance our online presence and sales on Amazon, but unfortunately, their actions left us utterly disappointed.

Lab 916 touted themselves as experts in product listing optimization and brand storytelling, promising significant improvements for our brand. However, not only did they fail to deliver on their commitments, but they also resorted to falsifying results for services they never provided. The Amazon store front design and listing optimizations were subpar and ineffective, offering no tangible benefits for our brand. Yet, they deceitfully claimed otherwise in their promotional materials.

What's even more alarming is that despite the termination of our agreement, Lab 916 continued to display content related to Melaninicals Clinical Skincare on their website. This blatant disregard for our intellectual property rights is deeply troubling and reflects their lack of integrity.

In light of this experience, I implore anyone considering Lab 916's services to exercise extreme caution. Their unethical practices and falsification of results raise serious red flags. Before engaging any company, it is crucial to thoroughly research their reputation and track record to avoid falling victim to deceitful practices like we did.

In conclusion, I cannot emphasize enough the importance of steering clear of Lab 916. Their unethical behavior and falsified claims not only wasted our time and resources but also damaged our brand's credibility.
