Sam and Kate are the reason I was able to sell my beloved home of over 50 years and move closer to family. I loved my home, neighborhood, and activities but it was time. I had interviewed a couple of recommended real estate agents but felt overwhelmed by all the preparations associated with selling and relocating to a new area.
