This is the slowest Publix I’ve ever experienced. Incredibly, they don’t have self-checkout, and the regular checkout lines often require a long wait. Additionally, the app for ordering from the deli for pickup never works—they never have your orders ready on time. This happens frequently and shows no signs of improvement.

The publix is great but the 1 star is because of the deli section. I’m 8 1/2 months pregnant with GD and my diet is very restricted at this point in my pregnancy. There’s not many healthy options for me around this area so I usually grab a wrap or a sandwich from here. This isn’t the first time my food wasn’t ready and I’m sure it won’t be the last but if there is an expected time for you to pick up your food then it should be ready at that time. My lunch break is very short and there’s no way I can wait for my sandwich to be made which is why I order ahead but what is the point of ordering ahead if you don’t get your food? The worst part is they keep putting the oldest and slowest people to make sandwiches. Why There’s so many employees there that can be more efficient!!! Do better.

Family oriented environment and the staff are very friendly and professional. Enjoyed the hot wings bar ,,many different flavor wings .. and today was Asian food day so had that also,, salad bar was fabulous. They also served the regular deli hot foods and subs also. Shelves were packed with items. Everything I needed all in one location. Very pleased.

I don’t know what’s going on lately came to Publix stood in the deli department, for three minutes while everyone running back-and-forth. There was no one waiting in line I was looking at everyone to see if they do eye contact nothing finally someone asked me have you been helped. After placing my request Ask her if she could do a sandwich she looked Both ways and then stared at me for a couple seconds, breathe in and out and then said OK like I was bothering her I told her never mind she noticed I was upset and said no no let me help Too late I will go somewhere else I don’t know what it is, but if you don’t like working, then move on and let the opportunity for someone else. Sad to say it’s my own people Latinos.

This is the last publix in this aérea, the building structure is new, You can find even Chinese food bar, a dinner placer where you can seat and eat, products and services as good as any other public. I love the distribution in this one.
