I recently moved to Hunters creek and love this Publix. Each team member is focused on providing high quality service. And I sense a general sense of craftsman ship or pride in workmanship from each team member. From the fish monger to the shelf stocker they all are active, helpful, and engaging. They do tend to get busy during peak times like after work, but I think they actively manage that by opening and closing registers accordingly. You will obviously notice that they lines are at capacity, but the wait times are generally low even in these situations.

I LOVE MY PUBLIX! So much that I always joke saying that the places I would considering moving to will depend on Publix's business area... I have lived in different states and no supermarket can compare to Publix... great selection, the best and friendlier staff, clean store, well organized... SUPER... The only reason I did not give 5 starts on this review, is because, at least at this location, many great products have been disappearing from the shelves to never come back over the past years. I have found myself in need to travel to other Publix locations to find some of the products I used to buy here 🙁

The experience you had at Publix is unacceptable. A supermarket should provide reliable and efficient service, especially when it comes to gift cards.

The fact that the $200 gift card had no available funds is a serious issue. Furthermore, the store staff's inability to resolve the problem effectively and wasting your time is even more frustrating.

The lack of resolution and feeling of being scammed are sufficient reasons for a low rating. A supermarket should prioritize customer satisfaction and provide quality service.

I hope Publix takes steps to improve their service and prevent similar experiences in the future.

Publix, one of the best Supermarkets here in Florida. Same standards Statewide. And I don't say the best because there could be others in the State I ignore their existence, but at least, among the big chains of Supermarkets in Florida, Publix is the best.

This location needs to figure something out with their deli. I just walked out after spending over 30 min in line for a sub. The lady helping customers was averaging about 10 min a sub and instead of helping clear the line or call for a manager to help the other lady just kept making subs for pick up. It took me less time to drive to the location on OBT, get my sun made and get back home than I spent on line at this store. Crazy!

I've shopped at Publix for years, for the simple reason that they nearly always have what I'm looking for. This store is no exception. The store is clean and well organized. I asked for help locating an item and the employee stopped what he was doing and took me the aisle where it was located. Food is food, and shopping is shopping, but when the employees are friendly and helpful, it makes the trip more rewarding. Thank you Publix at Hunter's Creek!
