I rented an extraction carpet machine and was dirty when I saw it at home. Did not work well. I don't recommend renting one however when I returned, the manager Juan was extremely understanding and helped me out by giving me a refund. Publix has the best management but Juan at this store exceeded my expectations.

Went to the Publix customer service line. The guy in front of me was probably ten years older than me. They did not ID him. When I went to buy a pack of cigarettes they did ID me. I’m not a young lad anymore. But I should be respected the same.

Although this plaza has THE WORST parking lot layout, it is convenient as it has many of the shops I use. The Publix specifically has a wonderful female manager who always goes above and beyond! Unfortunately, most of the clerks, customer service representatives and cashiers have a nasty attitude, as if they’re miserable all the time and you are inconveniencing them!

The store associates Jennifer, and Josh, are both extremely helpful and thoughtful of my 80 year old mom. I don't live locally so it is very reassuring to know that she has people at her local grocery store looking out for her who know her when I happen to be visiting and visiting the store with her. I am grateful she has such a great store with wonderful associates nearby.
