What a blessing to have the best local supermarket so near to my residence. Every staff member treats me with importance. There’s never a bothered look or delayed response to my questions and orders. Each department is managed well and kept clean. I must say I’m very impressed and satisfied with ‘my’ Publix 😍.

This is one of the very ‘few’ locations that have mangers and supervisors who step in to assist the customers if and when needed- that is so commendable. To those who weren’t listed, worry not for I will edit and be sure to include you.

Everything was going fine until I went to a register that was not open to check to see what was in my basket to make sure I had enough money and as soon as I did so a security guard come up and watches me like as if I was going to steal something, I do not steal, and I don’t like being watched Trying to have enough security cameras to fill up the entire store there 2 feet away from you. That is a big thing that I don’t need a person down my throat when I definitely was not doing anything wrong but what was in my baskets to make sure I had enough money because I could not hold the basket and check for it, I don’t appreciate that. I don’t go back.

I remember being a young child over 25 years ago when we first moved to the Miramar area this was our neighborhood Publix. Back then the store was always filled with pleasant locals and people who were not offended because you spoke English fast-forward to today. This store is the most ratchet, ignorant, unprofessional experience you will ever get in a Publix. Now I will go on record and say the majority of the poorer experience is facilitated by the amount of ignorant customers that choose to frequent this Publix as well as this plaza. Almost every time that I go is the time that I go after telling myself never to go back and I’m never disappointed by the amount of ignorance I encounter in this store. From people speeding through the parking lot and then getting out and attempting to fight you because they almost ran you over. To people in the store who seem to literally be there to instigate problems. I believe that this is the public for all ignorant, low class people.

The deli is super swamped all the time and not enough people behind it. It’s not their fault, they’re just understaffed. Other than that, I love this Publix!

Good Customer service,Fresh Merchandise,Fair Price’s,Clean Environment,Quick service,No Delays or Hassles.Their seafood ,Meat,Produce &Deli…Are my favorite Departments. The problem is finding parking on Friday’s &Saturdays…The Plaza Is Always packed!

I think they are understaffed because there's usually a wait even on the phone. This call was actually 15min otp for the deli they are good with their work but i really believe they're under staffed. For ex: Ive went in person a couple times and had to wait a good 20-min in line, I've ordered online and got there and still had to wait after 45 min of ordering. So yea it's goo quality of things just be prepared to waaaaiiit lol
