I had high hopes for my project with Jacob and his team, but unfortunately, it has been quite disappointing. Despite multiple assurances that the website would be completed, there has been little to no progress on the design layout or strategy.
I hope this feedback encourages better communication and a quicker resolution, as I genuinely want to see this project completed. Jacob, please check my emails and provide assigned web designer.
Please pay attention : I invested significant time and effort sharing all the necessary company information. Despite multiple discussions, they never worked on my project as agreed.
