I recently got my Real Estate License and started working with RE/MAX Center in GA. I couldn't wait to get my first order of business cards and start advertising my new business.
My excitement turned into a disappointment, however, when I received the business cards. The info on the cards were not centered correctly, and my picture came out too dark. I called Markful right away and talked to Alex. He asked me to send a picture of the business card so that he can see what needs to be fixed. Alex was courteous and responded to my emails quickly. And he took time to send me three versions of my photo to make sure I picked the one I would be happy with.
I am very happy with the customer service I received from Alex at Markful. Awesome customer service and very competitive prices ! But after my recent experience, I would still do business with Markful even if their prices were a little higher than others. For me, customer service is what sets businesses apart. Thank you Alex!

Well, with any online retailer, orders can get screwed up at times. This just happened to me recently. I had orders two items of X and one item of Y. Sure enough, upon delivery, I received two items of Y and one item of X. Lucy, your customer service representative handled the mix-up promptly and professionally. After confirming the mix-up with a photo of what was received, Lucy had sent the missing order of item X. She did it without any angst or extra participation on my (the customer's) part. That's class and good customer service, which we (customers) infrequently see today. Outstanding job, Lucy, and thank you!

Ordered my first business cards via Markful. I was having a bit of technical difficulties and called their Customer Service number. Tyler Montgomery was my Customer Service Agent and he did a fantastic job of making the changes that I needed on the template. Extremely nice and very professional! And he answered the phone immediately, without having to go through the standard 10-15 minutes with an automatic answering system. Kudos to Tyler and Markful for a job well done!!! The prices are very competitive and the service is amazing!!! I've had quite a few business cards made over the years, this was my best experience yet!!!

Lucy at Markful was great! She took the time to help me with my order. There is a lot to know when ordering products such as type of material, placement of type, using bold lettering vs. not, ordering signs with grommets and placement, as well as layout and design.
