This complaint is towards the office depot web site. I ordered a station printer online for $240.29 they were quick to take my payment only for me to find out that the inventory online was incorrect. There was none in stock after they listed it available. Now I have to wait for 5 to 7 business days to get my refund! Poor business practice & poor inventory control on their end. Be careful when ordering online with these people it appears that no one keeping inventory of what is available ever had any training or just does not know how to count!!

Deceitful sales practices --- needed an ink cartridge for my printer - looked it up online and saw that the price was the same from Amazon and Office Depot ... I decided to support my local merchant so I drove to the store - I was shocked when the price for the identical product was $16 MORE than online ( keep in mind I could have ordered it online from OD and picked it up at my local store )
When I went to the register I told the sales associate my discovery - he looked it up and it was $16 cheaper online ... he had no response when I asked why but his body language told me this happens often !
And you wonder why people don't shop locally when even a big company like Office Depot has fraudulent business practices ... go ahead buy it on Amazon - we can't trust this big box retailer !!

The two ladies who were in the store that day were very helpful and kind. I was at Target right before, but I found the 2 items I was looking for at Office Depot that were not offered at Target. I like to support local and keep our tax money within our city, county, state, and country when possible.

I would like to give a shout out to Office Depot in Rohnert Park for making my in store shopping experience a pleasure! From the manager that day to the cashier Patrick I left feeling very satisfied and happy. Their interactions with me as a customer were extremely kind and helpful. And with a smile! Ashlee, the print services tech at the Rohnert Park Office Depot, went above and beyond her duties, and really helped me out with my printing needs. She was kind and very helpful as she walked me through the steps to send the jpeg file to the specific email address for her to be able to print the file. I really appreciated her warm and friendly demeanor. All of the employees at that store were helpful and kind, A++ customer service!!
