I ordered 50 stickers. Initially, the process went great and Sam was very helpful. We got my design straight after a few emails and they were printed very quickly. Unfortunately, I thought I was ordering from a local company with the same name in Washington. I discovered my mistake when I went to pick them up. Sam promptly mailed them to me. That’s where the problems began. The artwork was perfect however, most of them looked like they had been cut out by a grade schooler. They are round stickers and 2/3 of them had obvious cutting errors. I’m not sure how they left the facility like this. I sent a message regarding the order and I was told he would check into it the next day. I also sent a photograph and offered to mail the stickers back. After several weeks of Attempts for an answer and replacement plan a new set of 50 stickers came. This time there were white marks all over the royal blue stickers. White spots and scratches. Terrible quality. Due to my previous attempts, I know I’m not going to be able to get a refund. We missed the event they were purchased for. I found 50 out of the now 100 stickers that are reasonable and I hope to recoop my three dollars each I paid for just to recoup my loss. Lesson learned local company next time super disappointing. I hate to leave such a bad review, but the defects are so obvious.

I just had the BEST time at SJ Graphics and Printing. I believe Sam is the owners name, and he is an absolute delight! I needed new business cards printed ASAP for a last minute event, and he was able to get these cards printed for me in under an hour. He was so helpful and patient while I fumbled with uploading my pre-made design. We had a nice chat, I left, and then before I knew it I was getting the call to come back and pick them up! I will def utilize SJ Graphics for any and all print jobs I use in the future. The photo is of the finished card in an elegant case he supplied me with as well! It makes them look extra pro!

Great print place! The place I work regularly places large rush orders with this company and they always deliver within the time frame we need with quality products at a reasonable price every time. Friendly staff and great experiences both times I have been here, no complaints!

I have no idea if the guy was just covering somebody for their break, but when I asked for a simple vinyl sign of just letters to apply to a window he looked completely lost. Maybe just a language barrier, but I eventually gave up so I could go to another business and maybe actually come away with what I wanted.

It says on their site it opens at 10AM, I went at 10:15am and on the door it says open on Saturday at 11:00am. So I waited outside til 11:00am and still no one showed up, so I waited another 15 min and still no one showed. Poor customer service with not being open when they say as well as poor communication where their site says one thing for hours and the hours on the door says something else.
