In full disclosure, I have not actually contracted with this company as a customer. We moved into a home that already had their system in place, and we were interested in taking over the service. I sent an email through their website and called their number but did not get a response. This did not inspire confidence as an alarm company, so we decided to go with a different company for our security needs.

I continued to receive bills for the prior homeowner, so I called and was finally able to speak with someone. Arrangements were made for him to uninstall their equipment from our home, but no one ultimately called or showed up at the appointment time.

Months later, I received another bill addressed to the prior homeowner, so I called yet again. I was eventually transferred to the operations manager David to whom I explained all the difficulties I had had with canceling their service. He asked again if they could pick up their equipment and asked my availability. I told him that I have a very busy work schedule and offered a date in two weeks. He began complaining that they are paying for the monitoring of our home pending removal of their equipment- which could have been accomplished had they kept their appointment with me months ago- and tried to pressure me into an earlier date. Suffice to say, I was not feeling very accommodating.

As difficult as it has been to work with this company, I could never trust them with something as important as my security needs.
