The parking itself is not bad and easy to find, the problem with it that they charged me twice, (As another customer mentioned in his review).
At the elevator entrance when leaving, there is the payment machine that tell you to pay here before exiting the parking, I inserted the parking ticket and my CC and was charged $10.00 on my card.. when exiting the parking on the street level, the electronic bar refused to open.. I called the attendant and he said I have to pay $10.00 the parking fees, as the screen said, and he refused to listen to my complaint that I already paid few minutes ago..
I ended by charging another $10.00 on my CC so I can leave the parking without further harassment.
This is not right, it's frustrating when somebody try to get advantage of you without merit.. The double charge already shows on my CC daily activities and I am going to dispute it with my CC bank,
and for sure, that was my 1st and last visit to this establishment.

4 months ago this place would of got 2 stars, but they were acquired by a new company and I must say I am impressed. They added cameras for safety, more staff, and new automated gates. The old ones used to break often making it slow to exit some days. Keep up the good work guys!!

Was worried about my car for 4 days. Found out they have 24hr security that's not on their website. So relieved & was so kind, helpful & inexpensive. Definitely recommend

Paid parking garage near the VA, Bureau of Prisons lockup and the federal buildings. Good price, but the area is just rundown with bums around. Nothing can really be 5 stars when the elevator gets used as a toilet by homeless. It still gets 4 stars because everything in LA is a toilet for the homeless so that can't be held against the place.

October 2017. $8 to park all day. Lost ticket is $30.

Parking garage gets full early. You can see bumbs laying on the ground when ealking to the Roybal and Federal Building.

They accept cash and card as a form of paymemt. The ticket machine at the gate accepts card only.

Prices are too high and they are going to lose a lot of business raising prices every 90 days! Use the parking meters you get a better price in Los Angeles!

Good place to park. Across from the jail. Lots of Correctional officers park there also.
