Kelli Blanchard and Betsy were very professional and thoughtful. I was dealing with the sudden passing of my dear uncle, and Kelli went above and beyond to inform me about the process and guide me through the protocol. Everyone in this office was very thoughtful and professional. From the first moment I stepped into this office after arriving from Australia, I really appreciated their kindness during this challenging time.(M Laurentia)

They released my child's father's body to another family member without even contacting me. Absolutely beyond belief. They refused to tell me when his remains were released or which mortuary his body was sent too. I literally have a child with the man and they tell me they can't let me know where his remains are. Bizarre.

Literally a heartless bunch of investigators. Karly Anderson to begin with. She showed no empathy, didn’t even once say sorry for your loss. These people in LA are like robots, and think they’re God or something but one things for sure they are NOT and God sees everything. Leaving it in his hands because these people truly don’t care.

Bobby in the personal belongings section was so helpful in getting me a very very important letter that I needed for closure for my sister that had passed years ago. I cried and cried when I read the letter my sister left. Bobby was so sweet and kind and she truly cared about getting me the help I needed and she was so quick and responsive in helping me. Thankyou so much Bobby for helping me through this tough time and being so sweet , kind, and supportive!!! God blesss you !?

I wanted to thank these people . A dear friend died tragically outdoors with nobody around to find him in July 2022. He was in his seventies. He was taken here . And as his assistant/ friend i was responsible for making arrangements and contacting his only living relative. It took 6 weeks because she had been away . And the number i had was a landline. But the lady who answered the phone each time i called was helpful and kind. Thanks! Thanks everyone. He is in a good place now.

My husband just passed away July 12th and we don't know why he passed. They won't do an autopsy, can't get ahold of anyone. He was only 29 years old.

Edit: He didn't even pass away from what the coroner said he did. I had to get a private autopsy and pay thousands of dollars that I don't have to figure out how he passed. LA county is ridiculous.

I would not recommend this coroner office for anybody loved one that passes away because they don't have no respect for the deceased loved ones families . They lied to me & my mom telling us that we would have to wait until mid August & they would call us when it's time to release my little brother Rhyhame Lanehart body. Then we find out that they had already released & cremated him without even notifying us that they was done with the autopsy . My mom never got a chance to see her son one last time & i never got a chance to see my little brother for the last time. They need to shut this coroner office down or replace the workers that are in there especially the investigator Munoz .

Rudest staff ever. All the cared about was our dead neighbors dog and they wanted to take it away from my other neighbor who raised the dog and call animal control. So cruel and heartless.
