Ballot Box at curb. OPEN 24/7 & patrolled by Essex County Sheriff's officers.

If you prefer giving your ballot to a person, present your I.D. in the LOBBY at the top of the stairs (may be a ramp available also?) Election staff is stationed inside to receive in-person drop off of ballots.

My wife and I attended our granddaughter's wedding there. A ceremony in advance of a ceremony to be performed in Mexico the following week. The Hall of Records is a beautiful place. Spotlessly clean, all of the personnel present were very professional and cordial. It is a division of the Courthouse and a great example of what a city hall should be in appearance and staff.
