Avoid EIN at all costs, as they are the worst company for press releases in the biz. We can't even say if their releases get picked up, as they put you through a 48 'vetting' process. For what? Who knows? But, when you call customer service to find out why, not a single one of their reps has any answer. In fact, they can't answer ANYTHING. Every single question is "I'm sorry, that would something our editorial department would handle." or "I'm sorry, that's a question for our accounting team."
They don't even have the mandatory 48 hr waiting process visible on their FAQ page. They ensnare you by telling you your press release will be viewed/approved "within hours" of submitting.
The best part - when they reject your release citing "Insufficient Transparency," whatever that means, they do so in an email with ZERO EXPLANATION. Thus becoming the definition of Insufficient Transparency, Run, do not walk, from these epic idots.

Horrible customer service. Been trying to get a press released done for 2 days, but it was rejected. They sent me an email to use their AL press release generator. I typed up the verbiage in the AI and submitted the corrected version. In my press release dashboard it said noncompliant. I call customer service and all the lady could say is that you have to email the editors. This is nuts, so I agree with David F in which he wrote a review 3 weeks ago. I experience the same thing. If you do not want to waste your time stay away from this company. I have sent out several press release and never ever had this problem. Tried calling them several times but no answer. Horrible experience. Seem like the customer service rep is reading from a strip.

What a great find with this service! I almost want to keep it secret as they’re that good! They are upfront and honest with terms and the pricing is so great you want to keep it secret, but for fellow businesses this company is the way to go. I tried Direct Access/Newswire and had an awful experience; they took too long and were underhanded. But EIN PRESSWIRE was reasonable and done to release in two days. 5 STARS FOR EINPRESSWIRE.
