Rude, unprofessional, and a liar! The owner there (Matt) constantly lies about when he would have things done and when I would call to follow up he would always have a bad attitude and get upset that I was calling. We’ve made several orders with him before and he always dropped the ball and would always ignore our calls. It got so bad that we had to call off of another number and then he would answer right away not knowing it was us. This last order was literal on shirt and two beanies that we ordered the week before Thanksgiving. It is now 12.9.22 and he still hasn’t gotten it done and was rude and unprofessional when I call to follow up on it today. We tried to support another local business but unfortunately bad business is BAD BUSINESS!

Save yourself some time and find another business that is honest and actually know how to treat people and provide the service that they are SUPPOSED TO!

This guy is the worst person I’ve ever done business with and burned me on a few hundred bucks refund for missing my phone number on there and 5 X-large sweaters. The first time 3 out of the 6 sweaters was a week late.

Three jackets over three weeks of trying to get the embroidery work correct, not crooked and Matt still couldn’t correct his mistakes!! Then tells me he’s sorry because he couldn’t live up to my standards. All I wanted was the embroidery done properly and straight, not crooked! Nothing that would be out of the ordinary for him to achieve… Stating the facts Matt !!

Worst job ever!!!
I ordered 50 shirts for a convention , paid $1200 dollars to Matt McDuffy and by his mistake they misspelled some words in the final job, and they did a horrible doible patching the original embroidery.

The worst thing is that he never apologized or took care of his mistake. He never wanted to correct do the right thing. (Everybody laughed of the shirts...it was a complete embarrassment) that costs us $1200.

And he even said bad words to us.and told us to go away.
I understand that everybody and every company can make mistakes. But what a makes a difference between a great company to a bad one. It is the way they take responsibility of their mistakes.

So be aware of this. I just want you to know this. HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE.

Great shop for custom vinyl, shirts and apparel, banners, printed canvas art, and many other applications for signage. They do custom uniforms and corporate wear. They are very accommodating and super helpful. I have multiple projects that I will go back to them for.
