We were in a bind and needed some signs made asap. I told Justin our situation, he said give him a few minutes, he'd call me back. While trying to install a street sign they accidentally cut my internet line. I understand mistakes happen. But they did nothing to try to fix the issue. Instead they just filled the whole and didn’t even mark where they cut the line. Now Centurylink has to figure out where it was cut. And I’ve been without service for days. So inconsisderate and unprofessional!!!

Not a good company to do business with. They lack capacity to keep up with customer needs. I just got off the phone with them and they say they're three weeks out o orders and are having to turn orders away. If you need something now, look elsewhere.
