It’s the only option being rural. Has been decent considering it’s rural, until about the last 3 months. We have daily outages. When the internet isn’t out it’s only fast enough to stream low quality on one device. Even using Ethernet we get about 7mbps peak. They are good about showing up when you need a repair, and decent for getting ahold of. But in a rural area with zero cellular service every outage is felt. At least the landline still works when internet goes down. If you have other options available definitely consider them.

The only option in my community. We are severely over-charged for services that barely work. I cannot work a solid 20 minutes without being booted from the internet. It constantly goes down, and 'customer service' is non-existent. We pay almost $200 a month, and it's been solidly awful for over 10yrs now. It has not improved at all - I actually think it's gotten worse and more expensive. Disgusting business.

Paid for and expected high speed service is anything but. Can't even stream 1 TV at their fastest package. Pay for 250mbps. Download tests hover around 1.3 to 12. They replaced ug wiring from road to house, as well as modern. No change. Not worth the cost.

Took awhile to get services set up but this is the only game in town if you aren't lucky enough to have Xfinity high speed internet. I get a max speed of 1 mbps, yeah you read that right, and no it's not a typo for GB.... Its mbps. So anyways, this review isn't necessarily about the services offered but what is provided. My tech was Doug. Doug was and is my new favorite installer that I've met throughout the years. He was so freaking funny, and we had a lot of good laughs. More importantly though (in my opinion) he answered all my ridiculous questions and he did so professionally. He was quick with install and setup and even helped me pick a great name for my wifi network. I am super grateful for Doug, and I have to apologize publicly for calling him Paul the whole time he was at my house 😂 LOL!!! He corrected me very politely as he was leaving. I recommend Doug for a promotion for dealing with me. Thanks Doug.

Literally the WORST internet ever. I dog sit in Roy and even the dogs owners are fed up with the service provided. Unfortunately it’s the only option. The internet is extremely slow and unreliable at best. Often is glitchy throughout the day. I think if Xfinity or any other provider was an option here, this business would go under quickly. I feel terrible for those forced to use this company.

Have been using consolidated communications since it was fairpoint and it’s quality has not changed. It’s download speeds are slow, and works about 50% of the time. Usually breaks down about once a week for me. Resetting routers doesn’t work. The amount you have to pay for this “internet” is laughable. Customer service is hit or miss. Just meh. 4/10 at best.

Hands down the worst place I've ever seen. Don't get Consolidated Connections. Terrible customer service. Fees to pay bills, have to call for 2 different codes. The whole thing is a nightmare to use. Just don't.

Go starlink or something save yourself.

This company is now known as consolidated communications. My advice as someone who lives in Yelm? Go without internet if its between these jokers and nothing.

Have had service for a month, in that month my internet has worked for 7-10 days and even when it's working there is 600-1000ms of bufferbloat. 65% of the time I e been without ANY service. 15% I am at 4mbit and 700kb per second even though I pay for 25/1.5mbps. Even when service is running at full speed which is rare the aforementioned bufferbloat and added packet loss is so bad you will be constantly buffering if you stream services like HBO or youtube and/or lagging if a gamer.

I have called, emailed and used chat customer service is ill informed and rude to top it off. They pass the buck and claim it's a wiring issue yet no one comes out or calls back. I have asked for onsite wiring checks, new modem, anything they can offer, they just never do it. I filed a complaint with the FCC which was served on the 17th, here it is the 24th and I have yet to hear from them and SURPRISE internet has been out all weekend again!

Tomorrow I am contacting the WA attorney general, we are canceling our service and will not be paying the 100 dollar service early termination fee for a service that has rarely worked in the first place. What a disgustingly inefficient and subpar run company.
