Awesome customer service! I came in looking for a newer model iPhone and I was in and out in less than 30 minutes with my brand new phone! I love this Cozbee. They are quick to accommodate your needs and they make sure all your information is correct. THE Cozbee connected to the Shells on Atl Hwy is a no go, they had a new girl in training supervised by another employee. Tell me why the new girl took my information wrong, did not ask me to confirm my number or sign the receipt. A few minutes after pulling off something said check the receipt and to my luck the number was Wrong! When I went back to fix it they were quick to blame me for her mistake. After that I refused to go back. The burbank location has better customer service, they keep the store smelling amazing, I love how they have music playing in the store lol and they have different services they provide besides just cellphones. I dont have to wait years to get my service back on.
