They took my deposit for pet stains that were on the carpet before I moved in. I had no pets during the 1 year I lived there. They also charged me a disposal fee for items that were in the garage. These items were already there when I moved in so I didn't touch them while I lived there or when I moved out assuming they belonged to the home owner. During the move in process nobody would come do a walk through with me, they told me to mark the checklist & return it to the office. Fortunately I took pictures of some items & was able to recover a few hundred dollars after arging with them about my deposit.

Very rude & dishonest. Major superiority complex towards tenants. Probably a great place for home owners to work with but not so good for renters.

They were kind enough to give my credit report fees back when realizing I wouldn't qualify. You have to make 2 1/2 times the rent they ask for.

This place is absolutely is ridiculous on the requirements. They are trying to say you must make roughly 2 1/2 times the income of the rent you cannot have a phone bill or a car note or anything else so technically to rent a 1300 Dollar place you need to make roughly $5000 most people have about $400-$1000 in personal bills how is anyone in this area going to make that kind of money and if they did make that kind of money it would be a lot nicer houses and a lot nicer communities.

Good luck on renting your over priced unrealistic expectations for renters. I would have to make over $30 per hour over $1,000 dollars a week after tax there are currently zero to no jobs available in that area paying that much. People have cell phone bills $1,200 a year most people have car bills $3,000 to $6,000 per year plus insurance $1,200 a year internet is roughly $1,300 a year not to mention the average American has one or 2 credit card payments per month and I haven’t even gotten food or gas or medical expenses this is truly unacceptable and unrealistic.

I gave a 3 star rating because it's hard to love this kind of business. They're fair and logical. If you are a tenant, you have to tell them if there is a problem. Telling yourself they're a terrible landlord because nothing gets fixed is your fault if you don't bring it to their attention. I recommend this company as a property management solution.

The worst property management company I have personally dealt with. The property itself was not properly represented. Single pane windows that cover the front of the home are terrible insulation and makes the living room dining room and kitchen unbearable in the warm months and frigid during the winter months. Requiring the heat or air to run constantly. $500 PGE bill was the norm. There is a swamp cooler in the home but was not allowed to use it. When the problem was brought to the attention of Country air there was zero help or concerns on their end. You also deal with an unprofessional gardner that is hired by the owner and will make unwanted comments towards females. This was also ignored by country air when brought to their attention and the gardner continued coming to the property. The cost of this is obviously passed on to the rent which wouldn’t be a problem if the guy did a halfway decent job. The neighbors would park in front of our mailbox and when we brought it to country airs attention they claimed that was also a property they managed and accused us of it being our car. It’s almost laughable the quality of service and rental properties they provide. 0-10 would not recommend.

I rented from country air for two years and was very happy with the management and responsiveness of the company. They were prompt with repairs, replaced old appliances, and were generally great to work with. The house was old, but Country Air was always on top of any repairs or complaints I had.
