Wanted to give a shout out to the wider team at this store for always giving me such warm welcoming experience! I come from the west because of this, the quality of the flowers, the service & the finishing touches.

Thank you to the Japanese girl who served me for the first time, we really hit it off & you were so friendly it made me want to come back the second time. My mum loved the flowers!

And thanks to the young tall white fella in his 20/30s for your patience & recommendation, holding the flowers on a scorching hot busy day to put everything together for my cousin's graduation bouquet.

I definitely am looking forward to coming back again. 🙂

The flowers from Azalea Flowers are always so so fresh!! They always arrive beautifully wrapped and arranged! ?

I’ve only ordered a few times for different occasions but I never hesitate to place my order and know that whomever is receiving them will receive something stunning. This last order was for a double bunch of tulips. See photos, they were divine!
I did a little shop around and the price and quality of the two bunches of tulips was amazing!

I also love that Azalea Flowers offers customers a seasonal selection of “a house full of flowers”. I’ve not seen something like this available at other florists. You can choose from 5 different sizes and 5 different colour pallets. A seasonal selection of flowers to be sent to yourself or someone else. My mum loves receiving these to arrange her own creations around the house.

Let’s not forget delivery charges. The delivery charges from Azalea Flowers are also very economical too. Starting from $5 for local delivery ?

I had high expectations after seeing the great rating on maps and came here especially because many other florists were closed over the holidays.

I arrived first thing in the morning to pick up a bouquet of flowers for tomorrow, but was greeted coldly by a tall late 20s/early 30s guy who was setting up. It wasn't busy and I was 1 of 2 customers at the storefront looking for help. I very rarely buy flowers and had quite a few questions to ask, with some back and forth. I asked him about what colours would fit, and if he could hold up the bunches of hydrangeas to compare (as I wanted a smaller bouquet)

As he was holding up a few bunches of hydrangeas he insisted they were all the same size, then unfortunately dropped one whole bunch of hydrangeas on the damp gravel but didn't even bother to check on it or clean it after picking it up

I asked if I could buy just a few stalks and he said curtly, and I quote, "I don't split flowers here" and that I would have to buy a huge bunch of 5 massive hydrangeas for 35. It was clear that he quickly became impatient and was trying very hard to hide his annoyance. This really threw me off as I was being polite and in my head just trying to piece together a bouquet from their range

Even though I did my best to be courteous he could not forgive my hesitation or deliberation when I was choosing between flowers

Later he explained that since the flowers were for tomorrow, that I would have to pick it up tomorrow or risk it wilting if not placed in a watered vase.Then he said that he wouldn't be working tomorrow and that his coworkers would put the bouquet together.

I gave him specific instructions such as the size which I referenced to a bouquet they had in store, and wanted my bouquet to be 5-10% smaller as I wanted to fit it in a bag as a surprise, picking a bit of everything from the flowers I chose as among them were different shades, and that I wanted the leaves from the flowers to be used as foliage, none of which he noted down from what I saw, so I didn't know how his coworkers would do it

At the end when I smiled and thanked him for his patience he just dismissed me and said bye like he was done with me. As I turned to leave he was already complaining to his coworkers

I don't know if it was my appearance as I had just gotten out of bed and or my ethnicity but his mood definitely ruined mine, so much so that I feel compelled to leave this review, and I never write reviews

I really, truly, thought better of this place coming here for the first time and it put me off for the whole day

The WORST part was when I went to the other florist within SMM and the hydrangeas only cost half as much !!!! And the other flowers offered were also lower in price

Then when I came to pick it up I was just wholly disappointed by how they put the bouquet together. I don't know how you can have such a beautiful assortment of colours and sizes of flowers then arrange them like that, just thrown together thoughtlessly

I understand that running a labour intensive business is hard, and I don't know if you're the owner or the owner's son or something but come on dude, disappointing customer service, inflated prices and refusing to be flexible is doing you no favours

Today I visited and wanted to buy a bouquet of flowers. I had a budget but wasn’t sure what flower combination I would like. I asked the lady to choose for me and put it together in a nice arrangement. It took around 10-15 minutes but I was rather disappointed with the professionalism of the arrangement. Each stem was uneven in height, not trimmed, wrapped in brown Kraft paper and it was not very appealing - very uneven and could barely see some of the stems. Very disappointed and I was a bit embarrassed to gift it to someone. Some of the workers here definitely need a bit more training in floral arrangements.
