Chemist Warehouse Southbank

Had a great experience in this store today. Helpful and proactive staff. The pharmacist was thorough with my symptoms. The girl who was stocking the medication was helpful as well. Also this store has a wide range of the products (vitamins, krill oil etc).

Close by which is a big plus. Only down side is that, I feel the aisles are a bit narrow and may give issues to those in a wheelchair. Easy parking outside.

I haven't had to wait long for a prescription here and the pharmacist call Jane has been very thorough with talking me through medications - thanks!

Well rushing me to fetch whole ten packets of batteries when I needed only two and had clearly told him I couldn't find any . Previous experiences was good so might give this place a one last shot.

I was there for my priscription, I was with my big dog, I tried to look for staff to help me but they told me I can bring my dog in.. I was shocked.... Very friendly staff.. Even very friendly customer there. Just want to say Big thank you!!!

Not great pharmacy service. Didn't understand two of my scripts. First, sent me back to my GP telling conflicting advice. Another pharmacist called and explained what was required to them. Second time, directed me to incorrect item that I had prescription for. Didn't feel confident pharmacists were experienced.

Went in midweek to look for a very popular perfume that’s sold out everywhere. A team member there approached me and immediately knew the product I was looking for. She went to check in the system and told me to just come in the next day and she would have one for me. This is without me asking or suggesting for this. I said I could only go back in two days and she said it was fine and grabbed my name. Couple days later I worry when I don’t see her but approach the counter and ask a guy if by any chance he knew about this order. Gave him my name and there it was! I’m super appreciative of the lady going the extra mile to find this perfume which is now my favourite!
