McDonald's

Waited 18 minutes for cheeseburger meals. When finally got them we have no pickles or onions. Take them back and they decided to give us over the top pickles and onions. Upon our third attempt the manager sighs in my face before having to again ask for three cheeseburgers. Absolutely appalling service, food was cold, mess behind the counter was unbelievable. Fries, drinks, ice cream all over the ground. How this place passes health inspections is beyond me.

Got from doordash, burgers and chips were fine but nuggets tasted undercooked like raw chicken. You guys should be rotating your chicken it is unsafe for everyone that wants to eat these nuggets. Ridiculous.

It's alright for what it is but if it's looking particularly busy, make sure you check your order before leaving the counter cuz they can mess it up. The quality of food is usually ok though so overall glad this exists where it does! Don't forget to give them your crown membership card when ordering so you earn crown points (which currently doesn't expire and points can be eventually redeemed for food too). Public toilets available nearby (part of Crown).

First I was greeted with a extremely rude worker (female) who was working at the front counter on the 6th of October around 4:30pm with blondish hair and a hat with fries on it. The attitude coming from this girl (definitely not a woman) was DISGUSTING and that is a under statement. She would pack orders wrong then get mad when customers complained about the food they paid for and didn't receive. She is most certainly not suited for customer service and it was clear she shouldn't have not been there, better off firing this individual. The food was completely stale and the drinks drowned in ice. Disappointing result. The Atmosphere was pretty nice with a lot of seating space, it was pretty dirty though. One last time, that worker needs to go.

the 3 reasons why i give this McDonald's lower grade rating! 1) Dirty!!! I saw the people who handled the food with the same gloves for food, touching mobile phone, touching computer screen, and other things, and without changing a pair of new gloves for handling food! 2) the food looks too much different from demonstrating photos! 3) the workers it seems like don't understand how to respect food, and also the working attitudes with a bit of making around!

Ate here three times during my stay in Melbourne, this is one of the worst McDonalds I have ever experienced. Each time food was cold, got 3 different burgers (double cheeseburger, filet fish and mighty muffin roll) and each time it looks like the team member just threw the ingredients together from 5 meters away. I've eaten at some average McDonalds before but this one was actually terrible. Sometimes there very busy but I also went here when it was quiet, only one other customer waiting, and the food was the worst on this occasion, so being busy is no excuse. They either have really poor standards or they just don't care

Saturday night 3am, busy as a bee,,starving, ,drunk, tired n sleepy impatient customers from all age groups looked so intimidated yet happy. As there was this girl power team working in harmony like an symphony headed by this cool as a cucumber small dynamite manager Avneet. Who was fully hands, working on all stations like an octopus with 16 arms. Thank you for displaying such an amazing leadership quality and STAY BLESS ALWAYS ? ? ❤️

Went to pick up a plain sundae and hot chocolate. Sundae was perfect, but hot chocolate was not. When I got home, I tasted the hot chocolate and it was coffee! It was 12:00 AM, so I was furious! I went to the BP before and forgot to get a hot chocolate, so I decided to come here. I just ended up making myself one at home. Also, atmosphere was okay but had nothing to do with this review.
