Bill sold my family our first house in 2005. He was straight forward, didn't make any promises and was real. At that time money was tight and our options were limited. He talked us through it and we were happy with our purchase. In 2007, Bill sold that house for us and sold us our second house. Same great experience. In 2017 (Bill had relocated over an hour south) I reached out to Bill because of my experiences with him and he again sold our home and sold us our third (and hopefully last) home. I've known Bill for almost 20 years and would recommend him to anyone looking for a home.
