My experience has been a nightmare. I have been trying to get a new leased color printer and it has been futile. Our leased printer from Kelly Connect is very outdated. I have been calling for help with a new color printer and it has fallen on deaf ears. Because of that I cancelled my contract.

After we sent a letter notifying Kelly Connect that we are cancelling our contract of many years we are given the choice to pay and keep the outdated no longer supported printer or pay a fee. I get it we have to pay something at the end of a bad contract. Once a check or check number is received they will then give you an address for you the customer to mail back to them. Are you serious Holding the return address for an outdated not supported printer that has been paid for many times over? Who does that?

I have been leasing and purchasing business equipment over 25 years in many large fortune 5 companies and other large corporations and have never seen such a lack of care or frankly a good system.

My experience with this company has been cumbersome, ridiculous and client unfriendly. I am happy their competitor is professional and client driven. I will not do business with Kelly Connect.

These guys are so helpful and their prices are very competitive here in the valley. My print projects are always on time and high quality. The staff is easy to talk to and have really gone out of their way to correct a problem, even when it was my fault. 5 stars!

Really good guys here. I bought a commercial Ricoh printer for my home office, and, even though there was no prospect of a sale, they came out and set the whole thing up. Took a fair amount of time and several tries, but they got it working. I'll be looking for ways to give them my business.
