Publix Super Market at Imperial Lakes Plaza

Wow! What a gracious experience! This is due to the front desk ladies! They were absolutely incredible! They went over and beyond to help me and I so SO appreciate that! Went to another Publix before that one, the Grove Park, that is, and had a horrible experience there! But this one?! Wow! Went from a bad day (during the Grove Park visit) to a amazing day due to the thoughtfulness and understanding of the staff there! Super nice! For sure coming back!!! Sincerely Jeanine and Shane

Publix store in Mulberry on Shepherd Rd. In this weeks add Publix advertised Tyson Chicken Entrees buy one get one free. The Publix store news paper add states save up to 10.29 cent. On the shelf it states anywhere from 9.89 to 11.17 cent. So when you look at their store add or on the web you know you will not pay anymore then 10.29 cent for any one item. Well when you buy the popcorn chicken they are charging you the 11.17 cent price which is not what it states in the store add or web. One of the assistant lady mgr. said it was a mix up in the add and she would call corporate office. Publix Promise guarantees that if the price is wrong on the shelf OR on the store add or web advertise price you will get that one item free. The assistant mgr. refused to honor that policy. The next day I talk with the store Mgr. Mr. Mike and he to refused to honor that policy also. Mr. Mike said the add means you could save10.29 cent or MORE. That is not what the add says. You look at the add and you think you will not pay anymore that 10.29 cent. Publix is the highest price store around. Most ever thing is 20 % to 40 % higher. It is a clean store and the employees don't have blue hair or a bunch of metal in their face. Why is it that the customer has to fight for what is right or be embarrassed. The first time I had to talk with the Publix District Manager Mr. Jason. Mr. Jason was a very nice man willing to listen to my issue and was very help full correcting the issue. I don't want to go into the store and feel resented by management. This is the second time this Mulberry store has violated company policy. I fell like that are trying to squeeze every dollar out of you that they can!!

The store is very clean, shelves well stocked and organized. Most impressive was the store's personnel. As this was our first visit we stopped a few employees to ask questions and they were very polite and helpful. Our cashier asked if we found everything and when I told him this was our first visit he asked our first impression and I thought that showed respect for both the store and the customer. Our bag gentleman was also very polite, took the groceries to our vehicle and said he hoped to see us again and was very happy we loved the store. We told him we would definitely be back and this would be our new Publix as our Lake Mirrain Publix closed. He shared that he had come from the Lake Miriam store and loved his new location. He said next time we stopped in to stop by and say hello. Great experience all around. Bravo Publix.

Well normally good, but a humongous amount of people without masks on were shopping exposing employees to something that could kill them. This Publix and all others in polk should offer and assist people getting a mask on before entering the store. New Post cost of Publix 12/5/2022 Why? Everything? ... out of control prices. No Acknowledgements from cashiers as the employees just kept talking to each other and I was the one that said thank you.

I'm not sure of the process for making subs in the deli. But most of my experiences have been descent. There are times where I shake my head and wonder how they don't cross contaminate between sandwiches. I rarely see the associate clean the knife before cutting into another customers bread. Some put the paper wrappers down and others just put the bread, meat and cheese straight into the dirt top they make sandwiches on. Like I said I don't know the protocol for cleanliness of that station but I hope something is done about it.. it is down right off putting to have a sandwich made there.

They saved us after Hurricane Milton, thanks to their generators that ran the whole store not just their cold items!! Wonderful customer service!

Work at a near by school and lunch is 30 mins, takes more than half that time when I try to use the deli in Publix. Usually the manager makes employees take care of customers but if the manager is not there, the wait will be long. And you could be the only customer waiting with about 5 employees behind the counter, for some reason they are too busy to help customers quickly. Give your self plenty of time to use this Deli.

Publix has the best Chocolate Ganache cake. I went there on Friday to get one for my husband's birthday. There was none on the shelf so I picked up a different flavor. No one greeted me although there were 2 workers behind the counter. Every time I would try to get ones attention they would look away. I just went on to finish my shopping. I needed pita chips so I swung back around by the deli and bakery. I glanced over by the cake case and low and behold and my lucky day or should I say my husband's lucky day there were 2 Chocolate ganache cakes in the case. I out the original cake I had picked out back and got what I had originally came for. The worker in produce was helpful and so was the gentleman in seafood . I received great customer service on the front end as well. Although I did get what I came for $160 later, I just wish I would have received good service in the bakery instead of none at all.
