I've been going here for years. The staff in each department has always been friendly and helpful. Some know my family by name and go out of their way to help us feel welcome. The store, bathrooms included, are kept clean. I appreciate that they are well stocked and usually have exactly what I'm looking for.

The Deli employees here do NOT care about your time. They move incredibly slow and like to chat to each other instead of listening to the customer in front of them. It took 20 minutes to get through 2 people, I just decided it wasn't worth it after that.

New to area. We have been coming here now about 6 months or longer. Every time we come we try to pick up an 8 piece of fried chicken. Which we like the chicken ....but EVERY TIME there is never any or a 15 to 30 min. Wait or longer. The case is empty. What is so hard about keeping it stocked between the hours of 11 to 2 I have waited multiple times and while waiting see many people come and look and leave. Also been in line with multiple people waiting on chicken to come out as well. It doesn't matter what day of the week it is always the same!! Manager needs to look at the case and see between these hours

Even though the store is overpriced they normally have everything i'm looking for except for chicken and beef heart sometimes everybody has to be out. The staff is always friendly.I'm disabled.I either have a service animal of my own or one that I'm training.Everybody is very helpful.I just wish they wouldn't have such high prices.Hence not five stars

The deli employees seemed to only be able to make sandwiches. An employee came from the back saw the long line turned around and went back to the back. After about 15 minutes someone finally asked what we all needed. We said fried chicken he went to the back and brought out the chicken... Don't know why it wasn't in the hot box

Always out of stuff. The deli managers are never anywhere to be found when there’s a crowd of people waiting for online orders to be fulfilled. Places like Kroger will start putting bad stores like this out of business soon enough.

This is an excellent Publix store that I rarely actually go into. We always do the online pickup and it’s always easy and fast. Super friendly employees, too.
