They should place a sign in the Deli section. "NO FRIED CHICKEN AFTER 8pm" It's hit or miss in most Publix stores if you want any Fried Chicken dinner's after 8pm. Most deli staff will tell you what's out there is all there is. Some will tell you it'll be a 30-45 minute wait if you want it. Obviously the kitchen staff is busy cleaning the back after a long day. Can definitely relate to that, which is why a sign would be great. After a long day sometimes it's nice to grab a box of Hot & Spicy chicken wings to go with dinner. Not if it's after 8pm. And that includes weekends. Things were much better before the pandemic. Price of chicken wings went up...customer service went down! My local Publix @ Winthrop should address it if you want my business to continue.

Even though it was a mad house from people getting ready for the hurricane we were in and out with what we needed. Very awesome customer service. Very clean place and surprisingly fully stocked even though they just went through another hurricane Right before this visit that I had to this specific location. I was there only as someone visiting family in Florida. And definitely had a good experience

Been Coming Here Since I Have Moved Here In 2013, And It Was Running Decent. Now The Place Is Becoming Very Sketchy Especially After Covid-19 Hit, They Have A 10 Item Express Lane For Only 10 Items. And Like 6 Self Checkouts And 1 Regular Checkout, It Gets So Crammed Up In That Lane, And People Are So Freaking Rude. This One Guy Jumped In Front Of Me One Time, And Called Me A Silly Name Something ''Danny Duncan'', Lucky I Wasn't Having One Of My Days. So I Wait There For Awhile, Then Finally When I Leave The Lady At The Self Checkout Says ''Bye Have A Nice Day'', Yeah What A Fake. Also Back When I Was In High School, I Was In A Job Training Group To Help People With Learning Disabilities Or Any Kind Of Disability Physical, Or Mental Get A Job. I Went To Fill Out The Application, The Manager Comes And Speaks With Me, Talking With Me And My Coach About The Job. But Was Talking To Us Like He's Blowing Us Off. Went 2 Weeks Later To Renew The Application, Could Never Re Apply Even In Other Stores. But What Is More Messed Up, There Are Teens And People With Disability's That Work Here All The Time Why Did I Get Blown Off ?. Very Fishy Place Now, But If Anyone Who Is Desperate To Go Grocery Shopping Get Here Early Because You Will Absorb The Problems In The Late Afternoon. Especially When School Is Letting Out.

I usually love Publix, but I had a bad experience today. I love that they have a gluten free wrap, so I can actually enjoy a deli wrap. Today I waited in the wrap/sub line for almost 10 minutes to only be told that they had no more gluten-free wraps, and I was only offered wheat wraps. As someone who has been gluten-free for a while now due to my Crohn’s disease, that’s not an option. I was pretty disappointed to have wasted my time waiting.

The way the store manager (SCOTT) talked me was absolutely unacceptable especially from an “customer service” standpoint. I simply brought to the standing management that was there about the extremely long wait for the sub line. Which clearly waiting an hour anyone would be frustrated. So I wasn’t even talking to him but I was to Fabian who was very understanding and handle the situation with respect and “Listened” to me just to simply have lack of understanding and disregard a paying customers feelings/frustration is unacceptable from leadership. I deal with customers over the phone day in day out. So of course I get frustrated at times, you are not suppose allow your customers to see or hear that from you. So many more professional ways Scott could have handled that situation. None the less thanks to Fabian for taking leadership above and beyond for the company and turning things around for me. Him simply listening and hearing me went a long way thank you. I hope this gets to district and is addressed appropriately.
