I hired this PR firm to publish some events of mine. They were unsuccessful with 6 of those submissions. I asked for a partial refund - I understand that they put work in, but ultimately they did not finish the project. I have now emailed the owner and the account rep twice, and they have still not responded after 3.5 weeks - officially ghosted. To not answer emails from a paying client is unprofessional. But for a PR firm - the heart of which is ultimately communication - to not answer repeaded emails from a client is unimaginable to me.

I recently worked with Rayce PR & Marketing to redo my website. Before booking I made it clear that I would need to have it finished by the beginning of January since that the biggest booking month all year long. They assured me they would be able to make that deadline happen, however, it was not completed until mid - February. The manager even made a comment that my site would be finished "just in time for Valentines Day." If these ladies were "experts in the wedding industry" they would know February is not that. They designed my website on a Canva doc (which I could have just done myself). My site has no animation or unique features. The logo is pixilated on my main video. The SEO has taken a huge hit. They painted themselves as experts with luxury event vendor websites, however, there was never any education explained on why they were choosing certain color schemes or why they were wording things in certain ways. I thought I was paying for a team who knew more than me, but I felt like I was holding their hand and educating them throughout the entire process. I would not recommend working with this company.
