Signs Plus

Went in to drop off a FedEx package. Woman on duty had a pretty bad attitude. I asked to get a label printed and she proceeded to tell me they don’t make money on drop offs and to print the label it would be a five dollar fee. I don’t mind paying the fee but the attitude was far from pleasant. I went to Office Depot to mail the package and was charged twenty one cents. My question is, if you are going to meet the public, shouldn’t your attitude be kinder? She definitely is not an asset to Signs Plus.

Yikes! What a terrible experience. I came to drop off a FedEx package that was taped up/labeled and ready to go. I didn’t realize they weren’t open on Fridays (my mistake) but I saw someone behind the counter and knocked on the door thinking it was still locked since it was right after they reopened after lunch. An older woman came out and rudely told me to take it to Office Depot since the package wasn’t going to ship until Monday because they were “technically closed.” I just moved to the area so I had no idea where I even was. Whoops!

We needed to ship a package back via FedEx, the lady at the store was rude from the beginning. We asked if she could print the label she refused, said it gave her a virus on her computer...? Found that Walgreens also takes FedEx packages, non-issue there. There was certainly no reason for her attitude. If you don't like dealing with customers, get a different job.

This is the only location in this town that will ship for you on a corporate account. They benefit in no way for doing so and I am grateful! At first the lady who runs it seemed irritated but I quickly notice the large work load she had and how she stopped to help me, who was getting a free service. I recommend them highly!
