Unsure where all the poor reviews are coming from, because we had a great experience here.

Went in with the intention to add a line and buy a new phone for my Dad and we were out within a little over an hour with everything we needed.

We walked in, started looking around…only one associate was on the floor at the time but as soon as us and a couple more customers walked in they brought our more help. I was pleasantly surprised that they kept in mind who entered the store first, and we were greeted accordingly to who was “first in line”.

We had help from Corey, and he was AMAZING! I asked him right from the start if they were familiar with brining a phone number from TracPhone/StraightTalk to a regular Verizon plan..because everything online I read looked complicated. He said he was familiar, and he was right!

Corey explained everything so well, he was extremely friendly, courteous, and helpful.

Even while he was busy getting some stuff set up for me, he answered the store phone and very respectfully asked if they would be able to call back in 10 minutes so someone would be able to assist them, as everyone was busy with in-store clients.

This place was great! Don’t let the reviews fool you!

And to those with ill fitting reviews….come on…they can’t always fix EVERYTHING broken on your phone..

They've added great customer service, filled my head with all kind of lies. Convinced me to transfer 5 lines promising that my first bill would be no more than $30 dollars. I kept reaching out informing them that nothing on my bill changed, well eventually all calls was transferred to voicemail and 215 was taking out of my account😡😡😡. I'll never refer a friend or an enemy to this establishment

We went in the store Sunday afternoon expecting a headache since we needed to swap not only my husband’s android to an iPhone but also swap his number from AT&T to Verizon. Cheryl and Lucas provided wonderful customer service. They answered all of our questions and went above and beyond to make sure we knew the next steps when we left. (No fault to them issues with previous carrier) We were able to quickly get the swap fixed on Monday with their instructions! We were so thankful since swapping phones can be so stressful.

I spent 2 hours on the phone with customer service just to be told I would have to wait and call back in 24 hours. Went into the store and within 10 minutes Meredith had my phone working.
