Publix is the best supermarket ever. The staff is professional, the stores are very clean, and the food is fresh and inexpensive. The management team walks around to make sure everything is alright with you and make you feel very welcome. The staff are very helpful and friendly. I've tried to tip several staff members and they would not take it. They are super nice. I feel so special when coming inside Publix. I can find everything in this supermarket. I sometimes come here just to be amongst these amazing people. I love this store. You all must come and see for yourselves...you all will not be disappointed. The world's best store to me. Thank you so much Publix for always satisfying my family and myself.

Miss Lauren, the customer care manager, would rather put you on hold for thirty minutes on the phone, instead of address your concerns directly and professionally.

If you visit this location, be prepared to have her encourage her cashiers lie to your face about “error messages” on the screen when attempting to redeem your $2 coupon and for her to not attempt any form of acknowledgment and reassurance, but simply talk down to you.

It seems as though she has been getting away with such scams, or her brazen attempts would not happen directly in front of the customer.

She completely failed to represent the Publix brand that I have come to appreciate.

Publix, train your people better.

On July 18, 2024, I picked up my medications at 9:00 am, at Publix Pharmacy. In the afternoon, I received a call from the Publix pharmacy’s doctor telling me that I had to pick up my medications, and I told her that I had already done so. But she told me that the ones I had belonged to another person and I had to return them. These medications were for heart diseases. This is a serious error, which can cause death. I returned the medications in the afternoon and picked up the correct ones. Please be very careful here that a pharmacy error might cause death. I no longer recommend this pharmacy.

This is not my regular Publix store. I should start there. I always go to the store on Simpson Rd and never had an issue. But today at the St Cloud location I had a horrible customer service, not by one or two, but by three people WTH Something so simple like a coupon that says buy one get one in front of the item couldn’t get honored. The coupon did not specify how many items I could purchase. And the three people that read the coupon also didn’t know, so finally a Manager came to the register to tell me I could only purchase one item because Publix was only going to get reimbursed from XXX company one time. I guess she must be really thirsty!!!!
